What Glyn is not

Glyn is not an accountant, solicitor or tax adviser. Check anything here with a professional before you act on it.

Glyn produces suggested company structures, tax registration checklists, cash-flow forecasts, contracts and marketing plans. All of it is a starting point for a conversation with a professional, not advice you can act on by itself. Decisions about your company, your tax affairs, your contracts and your money are yours, and you remain responsible for them.

Where the numbers come from

Where you have not given Glyn a figure, Glyn assumes one so a model has something to run on. Every assumed figure is labelled as an assumption on screen. Assumptions are not forecasts about your business, and treating them as such is the fastest way to be wrong. Add your own numbers — a bank export, a lease, a quote — and Glyn rebuilds the models around them.

Going live is currently simulated

Glyn's Launch screen prepares work and records it as done. It does not yet publish pages, send emails, place orders or submit anything to a government body. Nothing you press in Glyn causes an action outside Glyn. Where that changes, it will say so before it happens and ask you first.

Your content

What you type and upload stays yours. You give us permission to process it so Glyn can do the thing you asked for. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, and don't upload other people's personal data unless you are entitled to.

Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use Glyn to produce anything unlawful, or to give regulated advice to other people.
• Requests to the parts of Glyn that call AI models are rate limited. Automating around those limits is a breach of these terms.

Availability and liability

Glyn is early software provided as-is. It may be unavailable, may lose work, and may be wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of it — including lost profits, lost opportunities or decisions made on the basis of anything Glyn produced. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and ending it

We may change these terms as Glyn changes; the date above says when they last moved. You can stop using Glyn at any time. We can suspend access if these terms are being broken.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
